Greater Reforms & Developments II.

  • Quarterly Project Beautification (Regional competitions & governmental sponsored).  That is why Recentralization and Regionalization is a must.  It is to cover the national cleanliness issue specifically why investors are to be encouraged to invest deep in the Provincial sectors of Haiti.
  • Promoting tourism and improve the quality of lives and infrastructure of those provincial provinces first and foremost ever before the main urban capital cities.  It would cost by far way less money to improve the infrastructure of these agricultural provinces where most of the nation's potential are at anyway.
  • People go where the jobs are and where social administrative, scholar and medical means and infrastructures are available.  Thus building up those Bordering Haitian-Dominican towns with modern day 21st century infrastructural capabilities.  This will cause people to follow the trails heading toward places where the jobs are thus giving way for a smoother decentralization process of ill infrastructures Port-Au-Prince so that total repair can begin to erect it to a modern day city.
  • Improving & reinforcing better diplomatic relations with the Dominican Republic on many aspects future or already existed ones etc...  Bilateral conjunctures and efforts is essentially the key.
  • Implementing into law a Population Growth Limitation Law in Haiti much like in China to control the birth rate of the country.
  • There need to be total a reform in the Haitian legislatures to allow Dual-Nationality and Citizenship for higher offices in Haiti.

"This is the moment, our moment...  and no other time is as crucial than this very moment as our urgency of now for Haïti." - Wilgëens "AfroLatino" Rosenberg.
