Greater Reforms & Developments III.

A "BORDER BUILD-UP, SECURING & RE-BUILDING" PROJECT:
"Quite Detrimentally A Haitian Armed Forces' Task!"

A country being occupied by several International Forces e.g. the MINUSTAHs among others is not an independent sovereign nation. Whence to replace the MINUSTAHs with a National Police Force is an utmost utterly absurdity especially when it comes to securing borders.

It is not a national police force's job to secure borders, but rather that of an Armed Force which is greatly needed to be re-established and reformed in Haiti. A new Haitian Armed Forces may serve for several certain tasks such as would any Engineering Corps in any nation. For example, I suggest this "Bordering Building Project" plan which both Haiti and the Dominican Republic can work or contribute in bilaterally to solve many border issues vis-a-vis illegal migratory crossing and illicit trafficking(s) of any kind.

This project is a self-repayable plan in and for the long term solutions both nations are seeking in regards to immigration migration issues. Something both governments on the island should have a support for and will enhance their relations greatly.

Regarding this "Build-Up" bordering campaign is as follow:

__ This would aim to keep the migrants from going deeper into DR while both sides can benefit from this Customary Revenue by creating improved Duanas/Duanes ports for commercial trafficking trade flows as this will also create certain or many social and workers programs on both sides and instill peace.

__ This should keep the migratory issues at bay at the borders, thus alleviating the influx or exodus of Haitians heading into DR as this plan will resolve the social issue burdens which the illegal migration represent to DR.

__ A Developmental & Infrastructural Project that would consist of "Drainage & Irrigation."  As indeed it is a Public Health matter that such revenues from those specified areas of many social projects listed above can generate the fund of which this could be a conjuncture in work and benefit for both nations the DR and Haiti as they both can start partaking into since both nations' drinking water source "River/Rio "D'Artibonite - Artibonito"is the very same.

*As the above plans may vary further in detailing junctions with more elaborated aspects of their fundamental foundational changes that must arise.  Thus these implementation are not set in stones and can be and are debatable with other ideas before it is ratified...  Nonetheless,improving Haiti's infrastructures is a must and our ways of doing business as usual need to be fixed as well.

P.S:  There is a lot of work for Haiti's causes, and the causes are not at all simple with easy quick fixes. However, starting somewhere is a must in almost whichever order one may chose to go about starting.

"This is the moment... our moment.
No other time is as crucial than it;
This very moment is our urgency of now for our dear precious Haïti."

i am only wondering about what you put concerning the river. you say that the water is the same but is it? is there any contamination on the haitian side in comparision with river flow on the dominican side.
